The Summit at Melbourne Place is located in Melbourne, Florida. The project is located on a very important infill site which provides an important pedestrian link through a garden walk that connects the historic downtown to the waterfront parks along the Indian River Lagoon. The project program consists of approximately 168 condominium and townhouse units, a 110 room boutique hotel, approximately 10,000 SF to retail, a 2,700 SF restaurant, landscaped amenities deck with two pools and a spa, fitness center and lounge on top of a 3-story parking structure.
